There is nothing more costly and annoying than the problem of lost clothing, but for a few pence this can be a problem of the past!
These labels have been tested to BS5742 The Specification for textile labels requiring to be washed and/or dry cleaned
As used by Health Authorities, Laundries & Colleges, these tags are designed to stay on for the life of the garment.
Printed with one or two lines of text. Have your child's name and class or any other details of your choice permanently on the garment. Why not include a phone number so if it's found it can be speedily returned?
Both the thermally bonded ink and the nametag material itself have been designed for outstanding adhesion and durability and will withstand washing, dry-cleaning, ironing and steam pressing.
Tag size is 46mm wide x 12mm high and are Die cut giving rounded corners to avoid discomfort to the wearer and fraying. They can be printed with up to 2 lines with up to 27 characters and spaces per line.
Our printing quality is exceptionally high, we have digital printers worth thousands of pounds to produce high quality work and fast turn around.
The material is a woven, porous, "nylon-like" material. When printed the ink is thermally introduced into the material, a similar process to tattooing human skin. Like a tattoo the ink will not fade or wash off. It has amazing properties and is almost indestructible.
Application couldn't be easier, peel the name label off the backing paper, place label on garment, set your iron to number 2 or 3 and you're away. If garment cannot be ironed, sew on label in usual way. These tapes can hold more information than a woven tape so why not take advantage of the latest technology today?
